The prices are for one week (2-5 persons). For one person more a supplement.

Our house is open all year round.

The price included:
Bedlinen and towels, water, electricity, heating, kitchen equipment, satellite TV, private parking place, ski deposit and the VAT of 10% (any changes will be calculated accordingly).

We remind you that a ‘temporary visitor’ tax will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments. The price is 1,75€ per person/night and is not included in the rent price (children until 14 years excluded) + bollo 2,00 €. See also our terms and conditions.

For dogs on request there is a surcharge of approx. 10,00 € per day.

With a price increase of only 5% we can offer you travel insurance with a renowned insurance company, guaranteeing you complete protection before and during your stay. The insurance cover also includes early and last-minute cancellation in case of illness from COVID-19 despite pandemic status!
